Things do not connect

The ability of planes, trains and buses to run on time is virtually non-existant. If you are travelling overseas do NOT attempt to connect two services on the same day. Overnight stays are great, a new city to visit albeit for a short stop.
There is nothing more certain than if you ignore this rule you will be caught unprepared in a place not of your choosing thus complicating on going travel bookings
